JOB REQUIREMENTS: Machine Operator - Flexo-Board (Nights 12hr) - 279 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Compensation & Incentives: * The compensation for this position is \$21.00 per hour * Any employee who works between the night shift is eligible for a \$1.00/hr shift premium. * Yearly attendance bonus opportunity * Yearly anniversary date bonus * Automatic enrollment in our 401(k) with details to follow at orientation. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare Materials: Gather all items needed for the job, including printing plates and inks. * Organize Supplies: Decide the order of printing sleeves and rolls while finishing the current job. * Load and Set Up: Load materials onto the machine and set up ink components. * Adjust Settings: Modify machine settings for printing, tension, and drying. * Mix and Check Colors: Adjust and mix ink colors, and use a tool to ensure color accuracy. * Fix Issues: Turn off and clear jams safely; report any problems. * Monitor Quality: Continuously check product quality and document issues. * Maintain Equipment: Replace worn parts and clean the machine thoroughly after each job. * Follow Guidelines: Adhere to safety and food safety standards and keep the work area clean. * Learn and Support: Show willingness to learn, support, and train others.
