We have an immediate need for a detail oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing financial details and coordinating office operations while ensuring high-level company confidentiality. The role covers a broad spectrum and requires initiative and independence. Key Duties & Responsibilities: . Use of Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Handle accounts payable including vendor records, statement reconciliation, vendor correspondence and maintaining files. Oversee accounts receivable, maintaining customer profiles, verifying customer invoicing requirements, submitting invoices and maintaining files. Manage payroll and human resources activities including processing payroll, verifying funding of 401k & health savings accounts, employee benefits onboarding, coordinating open enrollment and maintaining files. Uphold a quiet work environment maintaining company’s small business atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Administrative skills • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential • Must have a sound understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required • Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations is a must • Experience in Billing Functions is necessary • Should have knowledge of Payroll processes and procedures.
