Job Posting: RN Clinical Team Manager

Location: Clinton, SC

Salary: $86,000 - $93,000/year (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic RN Clinical Team Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role is perfect for a team player who is willing to work in the field when necessary, provide leadership, and foster growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of approximately 10 healthcare professionals (CNAs, RNs, LPNs, Social Workers, Chaplain)

  • Oversee admissions/intake activities

  • Process prescriptions

  • Schedule patient appointments

  • Conduct meetings with facilities for inpatient care coordination

Qualifications:

  • Valid SC RN license

  • 2-year Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience

  • Preferred experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health
