Our client in the transportation industry is seeking a 2nd Shift Dock Supervisor to join their team. As a Dock Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the loading and unloading of freight. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, team-oriented, and have previous dock experience.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Dock Supervisor

Location: Clinton, PA

Pay Range: $21 to $24 per hour based on experience

What's the Job?

• Adhere to company safety policies

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack, forklift and by hand as needed

• Safely climb in and out of trailers

• Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs frequently and greater than 75 lbs occasionally)

• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies (e.g. pallets, straps, rope)

What's Needed?

• Team oriented with good attitude

• Previous dock experience a MUST

• Prior dock/warehouse experience in the transportation industry is a must

• Prior forklift experience in a freight/less than truckload environment preferred

• Pass a company paid background/drug test
