Description: Sanitation Worker\ *\ *Skills: No minimum education or experience required. Must be able to work with hot water in cool, damp conditions. Must be able to use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs consistently all day long. Must be able to work on feet in bent, stooped or standing positions for long periods of time. Post-offer background checks and post-offer/pre- employment drug screenings conducted. Employees are subject to random or reasonable cause drug testing during the course of their employment.\ \ *Duties:* Scrub, scrap and spray machine parts and equipment with brushes, cleaners. inspect parts and equipment for cleanliness for sanitation specifications. Press button to jog or run equipment to be cleaned. Turn valve on high pressure hoses to clean, rinse and sanitize parts and equipment. Know lockout tagout procedures. Mix cleaning solutions according to specification. Inform team leader of any quality or equipment problems.
