Job Summary:The 1st shift Housekeeper at Community Wellness Partners in Clinton, New York is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our clients and staff. This is a full-time, individual contributor role, with a competitive salary of $15 per hour, paid biweekly.Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary of $15 per hour- Biweekly pay schedule- Full-time employment- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offResponsibilities:- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, common areas, and restrooms- Vacuum and mop floors, and dust furniture- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor- Follow all safety and health protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders as needed- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and safety procedures- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds- Must be able to pass a background check and drug testEEOC Statement:Community Wellness Partners is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
