Job Title: General Production Laborer

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will perform chemical cleaning, chromate, and humidity testing as required. You will identify potential issues and recommend corrective action measures, complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, and meet customer requirements by following work instructions including work orders and specification sheets. You will independently operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner while meeting required quality standards. Additionally, you will follow proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials used to wash the parts, maintain a clean and organized work area, and uphold the company core values. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical cleaning, chromate, and humidity testing as required.

• Independently operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner while meeting required quality standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and be coachable.

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No experience is required for this position.

• Reliability, coachability, and ability to meet the lifting requirements are essential.

• Experience in production, general labor, hand tools, general production, cleaning, mixing, assembly, and machine operation is beneficial.

Work Environment

The General Production Worker will need to wear a mask most of the time when cleaning parts. The work takes place in a mid-size, temperature-controlled, very clean, and well-kept shop environment. Candidates will be standing for the majority of the shift and moving around frequently.

The schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
