We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator near Clifton, New Jersey. This role will primarily focus on customer service and logistics, requiring follow-ups on orders. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities in the logistics and customer service sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery

• Process and follow up on customer orders to ensure satisfaction

• Utilize critical thinking to resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer orders

• Maintain a pleasant phone manner during all customer interactions

• Conduct internet searches as needed for logistics planning and problem-solving

• Execute accurate data entry to maintain customer and logistics records

• Utilize computer research skills to identify and implement logistics solutions

• Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth logistics operations

• Use problem-solving skills to overcome logistics challenges.

Requirements • Must have good communication skills with a pleasant phone manner.

• Proficiency in internet searching is required.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy.

• Critical thinking skills are essential in order to solve logistical issues.

• Must have experience in computer research to gather and analyze information.
