Are you a smart, driven student ready to tackle the fascinating challenges of the power industry? AECI’s Thomas Hill Power Plant is seeking an exceptional candidate for a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Engineering internship for the summer of 2025.
What You'll Do:
Assist Reliability and Predictive Maintenance Engineers in various engineering tasks focused on increasing the reliability of our coal and gas plant fleet.
Participate in projects that may require overnight or extended stays at our plant sites in MO, OK, AR
Support the design and implementation of reliability improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and solve complex engineering challenges.
Gather and analyze data to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Who We're Looking For:
Current students enrolled in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with at least two years completed toward a Bachelor of Science degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Experience with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB) is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a strong interest in the power production industry.
