Are you seeking a production lead role with MIG welding expertise? This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday, 6a-2:30p schedule, conveniently located near Dayton. Responsibilities

· Operate daily with a positive attitude compelling people to elevate their attitude and work quality

· Assign Machine Operators, Welders, Set Up personnel on a continuous basis to meet schedule

· Ensure production meets/exceeds quality standards and specifications

· Maintain a safe working environment demanding good housekeeping, at a minimum ensure daily safety habits meeting OSHA requirements.

· Ensure adherence to company policies.

· Ability to fill in with Set Up, Minor Repair & Maintenance, Machine Operating, Part Quality validation

· Assist in production schedule development, evaluating needed resources and components to ensure schedule attainment

· Develop personnel by training in proper machine/process operation and part quality validation.

· Coach and provide technical expertise to resolve issues, create and implement corrective actions

· Identify training needs & skill needs to ensure necessary skills present in department

· Assist in personnel evaluation focused on the 3 Components of Success: attendance, attitude, productivity
