Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Materials Analyst. This role will take place out of our facility in Cleveland, TN.

The Materials Analyst will ensure adequate materials availability and inventory levels as required by Production Plans. The Materials Analyst will be responsible for maintaining world class performance levels of Inventory Value, Days on Hand and On Time Delivery. This individual will interface with Eaton Customer Service and Customer Orders and work closely with the plant operations teams to deploy standard process and tools to optimize material order flow through the plant.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80250.03 - $117700.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor and control inventory levels of materials through the proper use of available tools in AS400-MAPICS system (MRP, Inventory Management, etc…) and systematic reviews to receipts & returns.

• Monitor and track performance to metrics such as: Inventory Value, DOH among others

• Control daily critical items report for the production schedule.

• Review Over Max inventory to look for reduction opportunities.

• Lead material Deviations regarding material availability, (Quality, Logistics, Discrepancies)

• Maintains excess/obsolete material controlled.

• Support drive to world class industry 4.0 – Visual Tools, Continuous Improvement Framework, Tier Meetings, Team Leadership, RIE events.

• Provide direct support to Finance Department during physical inventory process.

• Support other areas within the organization (commodity management, quality, production, finance, customer service, engineering, etc ...) as required.

• Support safety inspections, Gemba Walkarounds as required by MESH department.

• Plant Customer Service interface: work with CSR tools and Vista to support Eaton Customer Service; coordinate schedules and customers accordingly, research and correct customer issues including shipping.

• Compliance to all EHS required trainings.

Qualifications:

,Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• Two (2) years of experience in Materials Planning, Purchasing or Finance.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Only candidates that reside within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland TN will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AS400, MAPICS, and Oracle

• CPIM Certification

• Experience with PowerBI and other analytical tools
