Responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Coordinate with customers internally and externally to ensure timely delivery of goods and help resolve any issues.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

• Utilize SAP, TMS, and GTS and coordinate cross-shift team members to hit KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including global trade compliance.

• Troubleshoot issues with TMS and SAP and escalate as needed with potential solutions.

• Oversee brokering of exports and ensure adherence to international trade regulations.

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

• Support and execute any other duties as assigned by the manager
