Are you an experienced Field Service Technician who is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives on solving tough problems? We are looking for an individual to champion the quality of repair work done! Someone with customer service experience and industrial maintenance experience or that has a lot of experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trades would be an excellent candidate for this role!

salary: $41,600 - $45,760 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Must have customer service experience by interfacing with customers, quoting repairs, and collecting payments.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot rotating equipment and electric motors -Repair and overhaul all types of pumps, compressors, valves, and rotating equipment

• Maintain company's tools and general upkeep/building maintenance

• Maintain company's service vehicles along with general upkeep and appearance

• Work performed in repair shop and in the field (all seasons); some regional travel required

• In the field commissioning/start-up of pumps and control systems

• In the field diagnosis of pumps and control systems

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

• Pick-up/delivery of equipment to/from job-sites

• Will be responsible for providing accurate information for procuring replacement parts or outsourcing special repair services

• Requires some PC experience to log work, create job reports, and communicate via email

• Heavy lifting, squatting, bending, standing, walking, pushing, & pulling will be required on the job; must be able to lift heavy equipment

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 75lbs

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
