Job Description: The Talent Technology Assistant Director is responsible for maintaining, planning, and improving the architecture of Crowe's Workday HCM environment. This role will provide thought leadership and guidance to members of the Talent Solutions team and other members of the Talent Technology team, working to design, configure, test and deploy Workday business process, custom objects, and other requirements to elevate Crowe's talent technology experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with TS Leadership team and other cross-functional leaders to design and drive strategic Workday solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their respective areas. Advise Talent Technology team members on the best practice for designing and implementing Workday HCM solutions including new configuration, business processes (e.g., notifications, condition rules, instructions, embedded analytics, sub-processes, reporting, etc.), custom objects, etc. Develop and advise on the development of test plans and scripts to ensure high quality solution deployment. Provide guidance on best practices for Workday security and data management. Research and maintain proficiency in the latest Workday HCM best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to implement Workday releases and enhancements that can positively benefit Crowe's Workday HCM environment. Identify inefficiencies in Crowe's Talent processes and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency of these processes, even if those recommendations are outside of the Workday environment. Maintain an overall understanding of Crowe's Workday HCM environment, including integrations with non-Workday systems and data flow/consumption by downstream systems. Collaborate with Crowe's Workday FIN leadership on initiatives that promote the overall usage and adoption of Workday across the firm. Provide feedback and coaching to develop other Talent Technology team members and foster career development. Qualifications: At least 10 years of relevant HR information systems experience, or bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant HR information systems experience. At least 6 years of Workday experience across multiple implementations/tenants. Experience with at least 3 of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent Management (including Skills Cloud), or Workday Extend. Exceptional candidates will demonstrate: Workday HCM certification and/or other Workday certifications. At least 3 years of experience leading Advanced Compensation configuration and compensation planning cycle support in Workday. Knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and regulations. Ability to partner, influence, and execute projects cross-functionally to deliver process improvements. Ability to connect technology/process improvement projects to firm strategy. Ability to identify and articulate options to stakeholders and influence decisions based on data. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
