Ohio Means Jobs Cuyahoga County is sourcing Technology Equipment Drivers for a local IT company.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will transport technology equipment using their car or SUV and will play a key role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of equipment to clients. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely transport technology equipment to designated locations.
• Handle deliveries efficiently, ensuring all items arrive intact and on time.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and company representatives during deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure the safety and integrity of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must own a reliable car or SUV suitable for transporting equipment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Provide a current automobile insurance declaration page.
• Submit a current motor vehicle report showing a clean driving record.
• Provide a recent background check indicating a clean background.
• Must possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Have a strong desire to start and successfully run a business.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in delivery services or logistics is a plus (not required).
• Familiarity with handling technology equipment is preferred but not required.
