Cleveland Clinic Technical Manager - Snowflake ( Experience leading programs on a large scale and Technical skill set experience required) in Cleveland, Ohio

As a Snowflake Technical Manager, you will research, develop, administer and evaluate programs/projects in response to the identified needs of the Division. The caregiver in this role will also be responsible for developing strategies to drive enterprise initiatives and budget management in conjunction with senior medical and administrative leaders.

The ideal future caregiver is someone who has:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, healthcare or a related field.

  • Experience working with and/or knowledge of AI.

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with at least three years of experience managing large projects.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary liaison for highly complex initiatives and with organizational impact for the Division.

  • Develops the strategy for project execution.

  • Sets and drives goals and timelines as they relate to initiatives.

  • Creates an effective plan to meet objectives.

  • Provides clarity around objectives, including metrics, baselines, and targets.

  • Communicates plans and status to stakeholders, including team, sponsors and executive leadership.

  • Ensures approved projects are within scope and on time.

  • Drives accountability around commitments across project teams.

  • Responsible for budget requirements, including scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.

  • Ensures results can be incorporated into daily business practices.

  • Creates systems and processes to measure results over time.

  • Researches, performs analysis, compiles data, and advises Division leadership relative to long or short term strategies.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.

Certifications:

  • None Required.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.

Work Experience :

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least three years experience managing large projects.

  • Leadership experience required over complex projects or a team of professionals.

  • Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a personal computer and other office and laboratory equipment.

  • Must be able to sit for one hour or more.

  • Must be able to work under stressful conditions.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $57.19

Maximum hourly: $91.52

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
