Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Specialist to join our Digital & Analytics team, focusing on Talent transformation initiatives. In this role, you will manage and support the planning and deployment of technical programs across multiple client engagements, ensuring successful implementation within timelines and budget. You will provide strategic direction and business guidance to Talent stakeholders and technical teams, while leading and coordinating team efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

Work you'll do As a Talent and Technology Project Lead Specialist, you will support the Rewards, Recognition, and Well-being (RRWB) Talent team, which guides the firm's mission of providing comprehensive rewards that enable professionals to thrive mentally, physically, and financially. Key responsibilities include:
Project Management:
Leading up to two concurrent implementations and supporting up to three live applications post deployment
Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing the delivery of all project deliverables and related initiatives
Defining requirements for new initiatives, ensuring that systems comply with firm standards and security protocols
Understanding and translating business challenges into technical terms for discussions with Deloitte Technology and support teams
Monitoring and reporting on project status, managing issues and risks, and proposing recommendations and solutions to resolve potential conflicts
Supporting client and vendor relationships, managing scope, expectations, and issue follow up
Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and/or workshops on project-related topics and collaborating with stakeholders and support teams to update process documentation.
PMO Support: Support the Talent Digital & Analytics Manager as the PMO Lead for RRWB operations activities and other transformation projects as applicable.
Resource Management: Utilize shared project team sites, OneNote and Smartsheet to ensure structured communication and access to materials and documents for all project team members.
Qualifications: Required
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience implementing new Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
PMP certification
Knowledge and experience in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes
Knowledge of the professional services industry

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 - $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
