Job Description The Program Manager will manage the Rockwell Automation Asset Management Professional program (RAAMP) and storeroom management for specific customer with a number of customer locations across the United States and Canada. You will frequently visit customer's headquarters and periodically travel to other Rockwell Automation & customer locations on business for periods of 1 to 5 days per week. You will report to the Enterprise Manager and have a hybrid schedule working out of Akron, OH. Your Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction and program management by providing appropriate support and leadership for the customer's locations through direct reports that will build the RAAMP program. Have overall responsibility for the program performance with customer, and will provide management experience to lead Program Value, Program Growth and Program Renewal. Work with field sales and support management, corporate account managers, product group, customer success group, corporate sales management, and local authorized distributors. Manage people and managers for programs involving department or teams focused on the delivery of an internal project into a finished state. Oversee plans and directs schedules and project budgets. Monitor the program from initiation through delivery, working with internal customer or department personnel The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations Management, similar degree or equivalent work experience Valid driver's license Ability to travel approximately 60% Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
