Solutions Specialist I

The Solutions Specialist I is responsible for analyzing customer needs and compiling technical information to help generate solutions for customers by building SOWs. Assist in the creation and development of accurate solution designs and realistic financial of proposals at the pre-sales stage. This is a client facing role requiring communication skills and the ability to work with IT professionals in customer accounts globally. This role requires an individual to work at scale in a fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Generate well-developed, accurate, and clearly formatted quote proposals. Analyze customer needs from an IT perspective. In conjunction with engineering, reviews customer request to create and validate time allocation for quoting based on different technology stacks. Must be able to develop services level of efforts. Partner with Engineers to validate time allocation. Continually monitor and listen to customer feedback and apply solutions as necessary. Responsible for successful transition from signed SOW to delivery teams. Drafts financials for all change orders.

 

Basic Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience. Basic understanding of IT. Ability to negotiate and understand customer feedback. Ability to quickly develop basic level of business acumen, financial acumen and basic project management skills. Ability to walk through the IT layers and understand how they are interconnected. Strong critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills.
