Position Summary:
Responsible for implementation and support of warehouse and automation solutions within SAP and other warehouse management technologies. Within this area, the Digital and I/T Associate will learn the applicable technologies based on the business need, and then define, design, configure, validate, and implement the technology. The Digital and I/T Associate will also perform end user training and post go live maintenance and support.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support from definition to implementation for warehouse and automation technologies using SAP and other applications.
· Continually engage end users to support, enhance, and expand current warehouse technology offerings.
· Work closely with all resources to ensure data, process, and transaction standardization.
· Address post go live issues (tickets) in a timely and professional manner.
· Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
· Provide after-hour technical support as needed
· Develop training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions
This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:
· Application Programming
· Software Support
· Database Administration
· Help Desk
· Business Systems (SAP or other related technology)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)
· 0-3 years related IT experience
· Certified, or working toward certification in SAP S/4 Hana, to include SAP EWM
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
· Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
