Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge, and/or a proven record of success performing in a role that drives the management and tactical execution of multiple major GTM workstreams and solutions within the Salesforce Alliance while helping to maintain operational rhythm. Serves as point of contact on Salesforce Alliance specific initiatives and supporting Practice leaders with developing and maintaining active relationships, as well as identifying and executing solutions when partnering with vendors. Qualifications include, but not limited to:

  • Understanding of Salesforce technology

  • Alliance management

  • Executive written and oral presentation skills

  • Data analysis

  • Pre-sales experience

  • Demand generation strategy and execution knowledge

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs supporting and analyzing clients' Salesforce Alliance systems:

  • Managing a complex business workstream within the Salesforce Alliance;

  • Consistently messaging the value proposition and strategic direction of the Alliance both internally and externally, proactively aligning opportunities and activities with the identified goals;

  • Driving the execution and management of activities in support of the Salesforce Alliance strategic plan;

  • Supporting Alliance program leadership in active relationship development and solution identification/execution, while working directly with the vendors;

  • Building key relationships with Salesforce Alliance management and counterparts;

  • Providing input to the annual business plan based on assigned initiatives;

  • Coordination and execution of an annual planning session, as well as ongoing joint planning sessions and workshops, with the Alliances and Firm leaders to maintain ongoing strategic alignment; and,

  • Maintaining alliance program certification levels, if applicable.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Promoting and educating sales, marketing, and staff on Salesforce Alliance-specific solutions and benefits;

  • Assisting with marketing and sales programs that drive revenue and confirm that follow-up activities are taking place;

  • Maintaining insight of Salesforce Alliance sales activities, and coordinate and align efforts to the annual business plan;

  • Communicating Alliance workstream progress, issues, and expectations; taking corrective actions whenever necessary;

  • Monitoring research & PR on the Salesforce Alliance and understanding the competitive landscape; and,

  • Securing appropriate contracts with the Salesforce Alliance.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts in the following areas:

  • Technical delivery Salesforce technologies and product offerings, emphasizing the articulation business benefits of such products to prospective and current clients; and,

  • Planning on objectives set forth by the program, including a proven record of managing projects that emphasize reporting, issue resolution, and cost-benefit analyses.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success developing a business vision and leading implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
