The Sherwin-Williams Sales Excellence Training Manager will work both in the field and virtually with NCIS Sales Managers to drive the overall value in the Coaching process. Assist with delivering solid Shercoach feedback and reinforcing the High-Performance Culture initiative. Partners with Sales Directors and National Sales Managers in the onboarding process for new and existing Sales Managers to help them elevate their overall Coaching Skill Set. Partners with all CBG North America NCIS and LBU Sales Excellence teams. It is preferred the candidate lives in or willing to relocate to Cleveland, Chicago or Charlotte. This role will travel 50% of the time. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Sales Excellence Responsible for the support of Sales Excellence initiatives within the NCIS Business Unit for the Consumer Brands Group. Assist with evaluating & establishing appropriate metrics to measure and deliver a Return on Investment for the program. Support Sales Excellence initiatives and the overall coaching process, partnering with the Director of Sales Excellence for the NCIS's business unit. Reinforce training curriculum to support awareness and understanding of Sales Excellence, as well as provide for the professional development of our entire sales team. Deliver sales and coaching training across the NCIS's business sales teams Work closely with the NCIS Channel Training team to lead or assist with workshop facilitation in all areas of Sales Excellence including Sales Training, Presentation Skills, Sales Leadership Coaching & CRM. Organizational Leadership Provides leadership, feedback, and subject matter expertise to members of CBG NCIS's sales organization. Looks for opportunities to drive share-holder value through improving processes and driving sales. Fosters an environment of creativity, enthusiasm, and excellence. Partners and collaborates with Sales Excellence Directors & Managers across other SW Groups to leverage best practices, spend, and resources. Sales Rep and Manager Productivity Provides technical support, coaching support, and training of the Salesforce CRM to reflect Sales Rep and Manager performance. Work closely with the NCIS & Global CRM Manager to assist the Director of Sales Excellence with providing Sales Managers, Sales Directors and leadership with a process for coaching. Support all tools, resources, and training to improve Sales/Territory Performance. Develop/modify and implement selling skills programs for delivery to all sales professionals within the Consumer Brands Group NCIS's businesses. Be able to facilitate this training as needed. Salesforce.com & Learning Technologies Represent the interest of all user groups and understand how each user group interacts with the application (Store Sales Representative, Pro Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Directors & Management VP level, etc.). Lead or assist in all Salesforce.com training domestically in support of the NCIS Global CRM Manager & Director of Sales Excellence as needed FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sales KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 2 years of selling experience or experience working with sales teams If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal If internal to Sherwin-Williams
