This position will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while seeking new opportunities for sustainable growth and focusing on expanding and supporting the Uniflex and Kool Seal brands through PSG. In addition to Sales and Profit Management responsibilities, this role will be required to conduct PSG Champion Trainings and Authorized Contractor Trainings for the Region. Represent the Uniflex and Kool Seal brands at selected PSG ProShows, Industry and Regional Trade Shows, and other associated events. Other focus areas include engaging customer and project opportunities, performing site observations, and performing Sales Calls with PSG Associates. Additional responsibilities include proforma analysis, P&L analysis, budget management, key negotiations, line reviews and Salesforce CRM utilization. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: 4 year degree from accredited college or university KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 3 years of sales in roofing, commercial or property management experience At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook) Must be 21 years or older Internal candidates must have a 3 or higher rating on performance appraisal. Must be able to travel overnight 2 to 3 nights a weekly.
