Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Nail Salon Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our salon.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure they are comfortable.
Manage appointments and reservations using salon software.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist nail technicians and other staff with various tasks as needed.
Handle transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments.
Uphold salon policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Monitor inventory of products and notify management of low supplies.
Resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role; previous salon or spa experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using salon management software or similar systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
