Job Description The Program Manager- Portfolio Governance, Enterprise Transformation Office,owns the execution for the programs that span across the Enterprise. We ask that you have self-initiative, ownership, responsiveness, collaboration, portfolio road mapping and governance leadership, communication. You will manage multifunction efforts to plan and govern an enterprise roadmap delivery. Global collaboration and program management leadership will be needed. You will report to the Director - Strategic planning and Advanced Analytics and work from Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights Your Responsibilities: Support the enterprise transformation office to develop and manage high-level portfolio strategy, and detailed execution plan. Collaborate with many internal stakeholders globally to plan a forward looking cross-functional/enterprise transformation roadmap aligned with the strategy & govern delivery and reporting to senior leadership Administer vendor contract terms, forecast budget spend, verify compliance and approve payments. Understand revenue recognition for Software/Hardware, project invoicing and GAAP rules. Ensure that the project fulfills all financial obligations in a cost efficient way, following established policies and deliverables Responsible for governance of the overall scope, schedule and budget of the roadmap Collaborate with product owners, software and hardware product teams, global process owners, IT technology capability teams and IT - Business Technology relationship managers (BTMs) to architect and deliver technical solutions Establish, capture and report on metrics to measure value realization and reporting on it The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Typically requires 5 years of management experience. Experience in portfolio or program management, process improvement, change management with digital/high technology companies/products.
