  • BS degree and/or a combination of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment including leadership, planning, and scheduling roles and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Heavy Excel abilities including formulas, pivot tables and understanding of MACROS.
  • Oracle Experience (ERP System)
  • Investment Casting, specifically, wax injection and finishing experience.

JOB SUMMARY This position provides leadership, direction, and information to the operational teams to execute manufacturing needs to all customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Reviews demand schedules from customers.
  • Ensures all production schedules are accurate and correct.
  • Reviews all inventory levels, validates quantities; escalates (eliminates) roadblocks/shortcomings to support production schedules.
  • Monitor customer needs to ensure operations is scheduled appropriately.
  • Interact with shop floor frequently to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Communicates with leadership team all pertinent and relevant information regarding demand needs, forecasts, sales, and inventory items.
  • Pro-active approach to everyday tasks and challenges.
  • Additional functions as designated by Supply Chain Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following elements:

Interacts with leadership in order to manage the flow of product through the operation.

Assists in troubleshooting production problems; investigates and analyzes facts and data; initiates and/or recommends actions to correct deviations and variables affecting production schedules, costs, quality, and other factors.
