As a Plant Controller at our Arconic Engines facility located at 3960 S. Marginal Rd., Cleveland, OH, you will be responsible for location Finance function and location adherence to all GAAP, Arconic and Arconic Engines policies and procedures. This includes: Practice risk management and ASAT compliance for all aspects of controls; Provide Financial leadership and data analysis for development of alternatives and solutions used in management decision making;vPreparation of budgets and forecasting and corresponding financial accountability;vAbility to manage, lead, and develop a professional finance staff.

  • Manage and implement efficient and effective daily manage, forecasting, and budgeting, systems, tools, and processes.

  • Preparation and analysis of location P&L results

  • Preparation and deployment of budgets and forecasts and analysis to actual performance

  • Ability to accurately forecast and plan results to meet expectations of Alcoa shareholders and stakeholders.

  • Review of financial statements and account reconciliations with follow up and corrective action as needed

  • Data analysis for decision making and tracking performance progress

  • Management of Finance personnel and functions

  • SPA for FBP SOX and Non-Sox ASAT Objectives

  • Calculations of location key metrics

  • Communication of location results to forecast, plan and to performance objectives

  • Provide Financial leadership for evaluation of projects, plans and investments

  • Assure accurate, current and complete information for government contracts

  • Compliance to all policies and procedures

  • Site inventory responsibility (oversight of physical inventory, requisitioning, and receiving processes)

  • Accountability for validity of location financial statements and representations

  • Develop and follow standard work to ensure location, BU, and Arconic Corporate deadlines are met

• __ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience

• This position is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires US person status . ITAR defines US person as an US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (i.e. "Green Card Holder."), Political Asylee, or refugee. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited institution

• MBA , CPA/CMA preferred

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

• Cost Accounting experience preferred

• Strong analytical capabilities, influence others, flexibility, multitasking

• Strong Leadership and Presentation skills.
