The North America Workforce Management Data Insights Analyst is a highly motivated and analytical professional who supports the development of workforce business insights, analyzes system adoption, and drives operational efficiency. The incumbent will focus on delivering value through data-driven decision-making and enabling effective use of UKG Pro Workforce Management. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports that track system adoption rates and user engagement across different modules of UKG Pro WFM. Analyze trends to evaluate how users are engaging with the UKG Pro WFM. Work closely with the WFM Center of Excellence team to understand how adoption metrics align with training initiatives and product enablement programs. Support the development and maintenance of compliance reports for UKG Pro WFM, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and industry standards are being met. Assist in the design and implementation of reports and dashboards for UKG Pro WFM, ensuring they meet the business requirements. Update and customize reports to reflect key metrics and business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and assist in translating those into reporting requirements for UKG Pro WFM. Conduct reviews with teams to ensure that reporting needs are being accurately captured and met. Aid in the migration of data from legacy systems to UKG Pro WFM, helping to ensure that all relevant data is correctly captured and transferred. Support knowledge transfer sessions and collaborate with teams to document reporting specifications during the migration process and sunsetting of legacy systems and databases. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in related fields. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree focused on Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 2+ years of experience in business insights, workforce management analytics, HR Analytics, or other project related roles. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software (e.g., R, Python) Understanding of HRIS, Time and Attendance systems, payroll processes, or SaaS solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to key leaders and stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to develop process mapping and standard operating procedures. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Preferred: Experience with workforce management software (e.g., Dayforce, UKG Pro WFM). Project management skills with experience leading process improvement initiatives. Certification in HR Analytics or related fields.
