Gainesville, VA, United States 19936R20244167010-40893dcf16a4009bd7e332657ba93a24 Cox Communications Mobile Change Operations Manager The Mobile Change Operations Manager will support mobile change operations activities as the back-end process owner for mobile device lifecycle management (LCM) events, including New Product Introductions (NPI), Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), accessories, and end-of-sales. As many of our device LCM processes are supported by automated workflows in Power Automate, it is essential that this person has extensive knowledge of and experience in creating and managing automated workflows in Power Automate and familiarity with the Power Platform suite. This person will also work with boundary partners to assess their needs, identify opportunities for process development or enhancement, gather requirements and user stories, and develop process solutions. They may also act as the end-to-end process and project owner for certain mobile device lifecycle management processes. What You'll Do Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document existing business processes. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Provides recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities to senior management Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using Microsoft 365 / Power Automate. Maintain the existing Power Automate automated workflows Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions into existing systems and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows. Provide training and support to end-users on automated process functionality. Who You Are Minimum Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field (Business Operations, Analytics, IT, etc.). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a Master's degree and 4 years' of experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field. Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Automate Excellent cross functional collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization. Preferred Certification in Microsoft Power Automate Experience in mobile industry desired. Consulting industry experience a plus. Certification in Microsoft Power Platform.
