Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. In this role, you will design, install, fabricate, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, service and lubricate machines, equipment, electrical controls, structures and facilities. You will also diagnose and correct problems, proactively seek the elimination of wastes and failures, and train apprentices in all aspects of job functions. Additional responsibilities include interpreting mechanical, hydraulic, and civil drawings and schematics, cutting, welding, brazing, and fabricating tools, materials and equipment, and performing and documenting preventive maintenance checks, inspections and repairs.

This is a fully on-site position in Cleveland, Ohio.
Work Environment
This role is one of four open millwright positions. Please note that due to union regulations, we cannot guarantee shifts as employees might be moved to another shift based on tenure within the union. The pay rate is $34.737 per hour, with an additional $3.86 COLA, and a 2nd shift differential of $0.46 and a 3rd shift differential of $0.77. Extra pay is provided for working on the 6th day (1.5x) and 7th day (2x). The work environment is a forging environment and can be loud and heavy industrial.
