The Sherwin-Williams Company Media Manager, PSG in Cleveland, Ohio

The Pro Paid Media Manager will focus on painting contractors and interior designer/architect segments. They will be responsible for planning and placing in-house paid social efforts and managing an agency partner who will execute programmatic media. This position will also manage an individual who plans/places paid media for recruitment efforts. 1. Lead and implement the strategic and tactical planning and execution of all paid media (primarily digital, social, network & streaming radio) with heavy focus on B2B professional painter segments. Ensure these programs deliver on marketing strategy, objectives, and goals. These plans need to be designed to increase sales, market share, and influence brand preference and perception. 2. Establish and track key measures, metrics and reports for monitoring and evaluating media programs. 3. Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to ensure all strategies and objectives are being met. 4. Stay current on best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital media and targeting. 5. Manage Pro media agencies and work collaboratively to deliver integrated media strategies and plans. 6. Work closely with Creative and Strategy teams to ensure proper execution of trade partnerships (with trade shows and associations) that include paid media. Includes negotiation of media elements and costs, as well as scheduling run dates and managing asset deadlines. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 7+ years of national media planning, buying or a related field Strong negotiation skills Exceptional multi-tasking ability and time management skills Management experience TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Social Ads Manager platform experience including, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit and Pinterest Familiarity with DSPs/programmatic media Stay on budget while hitting all impression goals Clear understanding of media math TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 10% Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
