Customer Service

· Adheres to club strategic goals and brand.

· Spends time in back of house overseeing operations.

· Ensure food quality, timely delivery, and presentation.

· Work closely with FOH Manager.

· Work closely with F&B Director and Events Manager.

Leadership

· Hire and train back of the house staff to maintain a high skill set.

· Ensure staff have accurate job descriptions and are held accountable.

· Schedule, supervise and evaluate staff regularly.

· Develop staff to work as a team.

· Manage food and beverage back of the house operations.

Facilities

· Maintain superior cleanliness of all back of the house facilities and equipment.

· Ensure all equipment is put away daily.

· Alert maintenance of any equipment that needs repair.

Food Operations

· Develops menus and pricing with Executive Chef to ensure member needs are exceeded.

· Food prep, cooking, food plating, and food temperatures.

· Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.

· Store food products in compliance with safety practices.

· Responsible for ordering and monitoring food inventory.

· Develops strong relationships with vendors.

· Education and experience in the food industry
