IT Project Manager :

• Lead and manage implementation projects for new banking platform initiatives

• Drive project execution focusing on customer experience improvements and platform scalability

• Conduct and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders

• Coordinate with service integrators, partners, and vendors

• Monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts

  Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

• Project management experience in banking or financial services technology

• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital banking solutions

• Experience with banking platforms and financial technology implementations

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework in enterprise environments

• Knowledge of continuous deployment practices

• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination experience

• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting

• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
