Below are examples of work assignments: Design and fabrication of small-scale test units Operation of small-scale cryogenic test units Analysis of data collected from cryogenic freezers Investigate trends in data which can be applied to technology development Required Skills: Undergraduate, Rising Junior or Senior Qualifying majors of study: Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar Exposure to hand tools and Arduino microcontrollers Exposure to data analytics and regression Exposure to common elements of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics Must be innovative, analytical, and self-motivated to complete tasks. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel and have the ability to learn computer-based applications. Strong analytical abilities and data management, innovative and process orientated. Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
