Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves a variety of accounting tasks in a dynamic environment, including processing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and analyzing financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

• Review and analyze the organization's financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.

• Work on the reconstruction of payroll and tax data as needed.

• Use accounting software and systems to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and comply with state and federal regulations.

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

• Oversee the management of company assets and monitor cash flow.

• Create and maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.

• Handle the company's financial and accounting tasks during the liquidation process.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to perform data analysis and report generation. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Computerized Accounting System

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare Annual Budget

• Expertise in Cash Flow Analysis
