1st Shift Maintenance ELECTRICIAN

$31.50/hr - Union Facility

Description:

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair of a variety of equipment including; product silos, grinders/mills (Jeffrey), industrial scrubbers, mixing drums, vibrators, ovens

• Troubleshoot electrical and control system faults (PLCs, Allen Bradley)

• Utilizing blueprints & schematics to troubleshoot and repair machinery

• Facility electrical work, running new circuits

• Assist mechanics on shift with any necessary repairs

• Bending/installing conduit

• Lock out/Tag out of machines

• Follow preventative maintenance schedule

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Electrician experience

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults (independently) up to 480v, 3 phase WITH A MULTIMETER

• Ability to read and understand blueprints & schematics for production machinery to troubleshoot/repair machinery

• Lock out/Tag out procedures

• PLC Troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)

• NO BEARD - Will do respirator fit test, must be worn in certain areas of the facility to repair equipment (Will not be used often, typically 2-3 times per year)

Nice to haves:

• Mechanical maintenance (hydraulics, pneumatics, motors)

• Journeyman card/Electrical Certifications
