Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Quality Developer for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This individual will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues, implement data validation processes, and optimize data pipelines.

* Develop and maintain data quality rules, standards, and best practices.

* Extract and run data on Tableau reports.

* Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify data quality issues.

* Design and implement data validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Monitor data quality metrics and proactively address anomalies.

* Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to data quality improvement efforts.

* Work with ETL processes and tools to cleanse, transform, and load data.

* Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

* Document data quality processes and procedures.

Compensation:

$94,000-120,000

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 5+ years of professional IT experience

- Strong understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance

o Understanding data policies and procedures, how to report on data quality, how to create data quality dashboards, how to build pipelines, ability to prepare workflows, etc.

- Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.

- Experience with Tableau reporting -- the ability to extract data and run data on tableau reports.

- Strong Collibra development experience

o Must be able to set up Collibra workflows

- Advanced experience in SQL

o Must be able to develop complex queries from scratch - Experience with IDMC/IICS Development null
