The Sherwin-Williams Company Change and Training Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio

The Change and Training Analyst III is responsible for championing and socializing modernization efforts to update store technology by assisting with the creation of change management deliverables, delivering training, and coordinating tasks supporting the Change and Training team. This individual will ensure store employees have a sufficient understanding of the new technology, hardware, and processes so stores can exceed their sales mission and increase profitability. Content & Logistics Work with Change Management team to support a plan for effective communication to stakeholders. Coordinate ongoing meetings, identifying target audience and approach. Work with team lead to create updates for relevant stakeholders. Partner with Content Development to draft outlines for communication and training assets. Plan for and present at large-format meetings to build program awareness and buy-in. Feedback & Analysis Create surveys and other feedback mechanisms centered around change management methodology, and in partnership with User Experience. Document feedback and route it through the appropriate channels. Partner with Content Development to update training based on trainee feedback and program iterations. Training Support Assist in the delivery of training, both virtually and in-person. Provide coverage for delivery of office-hour sessions, train-the-trainer sessions, and training internal support teams. Help to maintain current training content ahead of program iterations. Track training progress in centralized reports. Support & Outreach Assist with the hypercare queue. Collaborate on escalating technical issues. Partner with Training and Content Development to gather information regarding reported issues. Position Requirements: Formal Education & Certification Required Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business). Knowledge & Experience Required 2+ years IT/Business experience. Understanding of essential business functions of an organization. Ability to take complex, technical information and translate it for colleagues and users who have non-technical backgrounds. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Project Management Skills. Microsoft 365 familiarity. Experience instructing others in how to accomplish tasks or master skills. Familiarity with the SDLC and general software development. Personal Attributes Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Strong creative eye with attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills.
