Description:

Based on the details discussed, the job description for the technical business analyst role would include:

• Working on integrations between CRM and other systems within the company

• Translating product stories into technical requirements

• Creating technical user stories and defining databases, integrations, and troubleshooting

• Experience with APIs, SQL queries, and Postman

• Ability to communicate technical concepts in layman's terms

• Experience with JIRA and Dynamics CRM is a plus

• Medium complexity queries
