About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Services Coordinator, you will work with new and existing clients for project requests relating to land surveys and zoning compliance reports. You'll conduct initial research and collaborate with internal departments across our Valuation Assessment & Consulting Services (ACS) to deliver requested proposals for clients.
What You'll Do:
Update clients routinely regarding project status and maintain high levels of customer service.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
Create a wide variety of template, company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include maps, aerials, property descriptions, and data for surveys.
Perform technical duties such as working with in-house subscription software for needed research, maintain content management system, and operate phone systems.
Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
May review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Other duties may be assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Knowledge of Financial software systems ideal.
