Novitex Enterprise Solutions Associate Team Leader/Floater in Cleveland, Ohio

Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to safely operate vehicles up to the size of a half-ton cargo van. The work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends. Prior Helpful Experience May Include: Associate Team Leader, Team Leader Floater, Assistant Team Leader, Support Team Leader. Key Responsibilities: Load delivery vehicles with the correct products and quantities. Route the driver and delivery agents to the right delivery locations Ensure products are securely packed and protected during transit. Unload products at the delivery destination. Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations. Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving. Operational Duties: Perform tasks and duties across various departments as needed. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks. Monitor workflow and productivity to identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support to existing staff. Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between different teams and departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Communicate team goals, expectations, and updates clearly and effectively. Report any significant issues or challenges to upper management in a timely manner. Quality Control and Improvement: Monitor the quality of work produced by team members to ensure it meets company standards. Implement and promote best practices to enhance productivity and quality. Identify areas for improvement and work with team members to develop and implement solutions. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of team performance and progress. Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities and meetings. Complete any required documentation or reporting related to team activities. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as Warehouse associate, delivery associate We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
