This role offers the opportunity to lead complex financial projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth and profitability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Analysis and Reporting: Lead comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support strategic decision-making processes. Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budget projections for senior management, providing insights into key drivers and trends impacting business performance. Develop and maintain financial dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to monitor and track performance against strategic objectives. Budgeting and Planning Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, collaborating with business units to align financial objectives with organizational goals. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on budgeting strategies, resource allocation, and investment decisions. Financial Modeling and Decision Support: Develop complex financial models to evaluate business opportunities, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives, providing insights into potential risks and opportunities. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of various business scenarios and guide decision-making processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to gather input, validate assumptions, and drive alignment on financial goals and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on financial matters, providing guidance and support to business partners to drive informed decision-making. Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
