Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Cleveland, Ohio

Description We are offering a role in the education industry, specifically at a university located in Cleveland, Ohio. This position entails a variety of administrative duties with a focus on contract management and it is based solely on-site. This role is a contract-based opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and managing contract templates that have already been prepared by the legal team.

• Performing various administrative tasks with a focus on contract management.

• Compiling necessary paperwork for contracts.

• Assisting with bids by gathering required information.

• Ensuring that all information on forms is accurate and matches the original data.

• Handling internal forms and managing notices of commencements.

• Routing any changes made by vendors through the legal team.

• Utilizing software tools such as "AIA Contracts" and DocuSign for contract management.

• Providing high-quality customer service through handling inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

• Leveraging Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for data entry and other administrative tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally handle queries and concerns.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence.

• Skilled in scheduling appointments, meetings and managing calendars.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage administrative processes effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• Ability to handle a high volume of work without compromising on quality.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a busy environment.
