Job Duties: Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for tractors, combines, self-propelled sprayers, pickup trucks, semi-trucks, trailers, and farm implements and equipment. Repair and maintain all farm equipment and machinery with little to no supervision. Develop inventory of critical repair parts. Perform in-field repairs on machinery and equipment as needs arise.

Requirements: 2 years experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair, ability to lift 50 lbs and operate welding and related repair equipment for extended periods, willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during busy seasons, ability to work in high heat, pass drug test.
