[]{#_t6agzdea8psx}Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms,responding to guest requests in the hotel, and for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens  in a continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Expectations:

o   Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming

o   Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed

o   Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed

o   Sanitize hot spots in rooms according to COVID-19 Brand Standard precautions

o   Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis

o   Dispose of trash and recyclables

o   Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

o   Perform guest turn down service, as needed

o   Perform all stages of linen processing, including, but not limited to, collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering

o   Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry area

o   Properly operate and maintain laundry appliances according to manufacturer's guideline

o   Maintain stock levels

o   Remove trash from guest rooms and floors, and take to on-site property dumpster

o   Assist with cleaning public areas including but not limited to, elevators, corridors, public restrooms, fitness center, business center, lobby
