Senior Manger Infrastructure

Mission

• Manages technical leads who further managers offshore team with managed services model.

• Lead the architecture decision on cloud and compute and provides input to infrastructure related cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.

• Owns the leadership role to evaluate and recommend new compute technologies or capabilities that can be applied across the business and establish the global standards.

• Lead the global disaster recovery/business continuity program and ensures that critical application platforms are built with appropriate infrastructure components to support the committed RTO/RPO.

• Leads the way to ensure that compute infrastructure life cycle processes are up-to date and recommend new and strategic solution to upgrade/refresh hardware across the globe.

• Keep up to date on new technology trends. Evaluates, summarizes and presents key trends with potential to impact IT capabilities by self-researching or partnering with 3rd party vendors to understand and plan for technology roadmaps and support services.

• Validates quality delivery of IT operational services from outsourced providers to ensure the efficient operation of the functions and provide leadership role for the server, storage, database and backup towers.

• Manages infrastructure related projects globally.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

• 10+ years' related work experience, including at least 3 years in an operations lead role.

• Broad IT Infrastructure management experience, with emphasis in the outsourced model.

• Experience with Hyperconverged platforms (mainly Nutanix and Cohesity), Lenovo servers, EMC storage, and SAN fabrics.

• Knowledge of and demonstrable experience working with all aspects of Active directory (ADUC, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO, IAS/NPS, Sites and Services, and LDAP).

• Deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux) and virtualization, on premise as well as cloud, is required.

• Administration experience with Azure and GCP. Managing hybrid environments, SaaS solutions and on-prem service/server to cloud migrations a plus.

• Experience with SAP infrastructure management. SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred.

• Understanding of database platform (SQL, Oracle and MySQL) is required.

• Experience managing infrastructure and solutions supporting global workforce and in remote locations.
