LVN Med Surg Telemetry, Full-Time Nights

The Med Surg Telemetry department is looking for top skilled LVN nurses. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Cleburne, 201 Walls Dr., Cleburne, TX 76033

Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Rotating schedule with weekend and holidays required.

What You Will Do:

· Provide team nursing care to the Med Surg Telemetry unit to provide support and assistance to the Registered Nurses and Staff.

· Collaborates with team to facilitate hourly rounding and initiates action to meet patient and families need for information.

· Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks.

· Collects data and reports significant findings to RN.

· Safely administers medication in accordance with medication administration guidelines.

· Individualizes care measures to reflect specific patient population. Performs technical procedures safely, proficiently.

· Demonstrates critical thinking.

· Adheres to national safety goals in care delivery.

· Monitors patients.
