Description

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our client in Clearwater, Florida. Your primary role will be to recruit for various positions within the company, ranging from hourly workers to salaried workers. You will also be responsible for a range of HR tasks such as onboarding, employee evaluations, and managing investigations, along with other HR duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Post job openings, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and put together offer letters

• Initiate the onboarding process and set up new hires in the HRIS platform

• Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, FMLA management, employee evaluations, investigations, and discipline

• Use HRIS for tracking and management purposes

• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and applicants

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Recruiter.

• Experience in conducting Background Checks and managing Benefit Functions.

• Comprehensive understanding of Hiring Processes and Corporate Recruiting.

• The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Strong decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• High level of self-motivation and self-direction.
