Honeywell Document Control Coordinator (1st shift) in Clearwater, Florida

As a Document Control Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the document control process and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of company documents. You will develop and implement document control strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive compliance, maintain document standards, and support business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday

• Oversee the document control process and ensure compliance with document management standards and procedures

• Develop and implement document control strategies, policies, and procedures

• Manage the document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure document accuracy and integrity

• Ensure document accessibility and availability to authorized personnel

• Train and support employees on document control processes and systems

• Monitor and report on document control metrics and performance

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Prior experience in a coordinator role

  • Strong knowledge of document control principles, standards, and best practices

  • Proficiency in document control software and systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
