Title: Concierge Coordinator

Facility: Morton Plant Hospital

The Concierge Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Manage the customer experience of our visitors and patient's families ensuring that all are welcomed in our lobby and provided with information and tools to assist them in their needs

• Provide information pertaining to BayCare and the local area

• Interacting with all hospital departments receiving visitors, gaining information about services and needs of those departments to ensure that visitors are sent to or escorted to the right location

• Train, schedule, and coordinate the volunteers who assist at the front desk

• Overseeing certain inpatient waiting areas including appropriate volunteer staffing and training and providing for appropriate beverages, snacks, room set up and necessary visitor communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3 Years related field

• 2 Years customer service preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma

• Associate's Preferred
